Hey it's Chris! You may recognise me from my TikTok Chrisgym88. As I state I do plenty of training plans dedicated to your needs. But first a little about my training and experience background.
From the age of 11 I was gaining experience in combat training such as boxing, muay thai, bjj, krav maga, mma as well as many other forms. At about 13 I started picking up and playing about with the weights. I really developed a passion at 15, but it wasn't until I was around 20 where I really started studying the nutrition and science and started nailing down on what I wanted to achieve.
Now in my mid 30s, I've experimented through all sorts of training and diet methods, and while building a body is an ever evolving process, I'm very confident in helping others in their way on their own fitness journies.
I have plenty of experience in the personal training fields with transformations as simple as losing a few pounds for a Holiday- to full body extreme weight loss transformations.
I feel I provide a unique experience because I work one on one with you changing your diet weekly if necessary to adapt to how your own body works and is tailored to your body specifically, as opposed to just throwing a standard chicken & rice & broccoli your way and taking your money!
I'm available most times for any questions or concerns in your plans and I'll hold your hand and help you along the way.
